When can I access my storage unit?

Our gate is accessible from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. 7 days a week.

What can I store in my unit?

You can store just about anything that you would normally store in your home. This includes clothing, furniture, electronics, documents, outdoor equipment, etc.

Why can’t I access my unit between 10 p.m and 5 a.m.?

Restricting our gate access to normal activity hours allows us to monitor who comes and goes and prevents unwanted visitors from entering.

Are there prohibited items?

Yes. You can’t store anything illegal in your unit. Stolen items, contraband etc are strictly prohibited. Other items that aren’t allowed include explosives, fuels and other highly flammable items. Lithium batteries.

What kinds of storage do you offer?

We offer two sizes of storage units. The units are self enclosed containers and are guaranteed to keep your items safe from exposure to the elements. We also offer certain types of specialized storage upon request, including vehicle, boat and RV storage.

What is the minimum lease?

Our minimum lease length is one month. We offer discounts for longer term leases.

What happens If I don’t pay my storage bill?

You will get a letter requesting payment. If payment is not received and no explanation is given, we will, after sufficient notice, cut the lock and remove your items. You will be billed for any work required to vacate the unit.

Do I need to provide my own lock?

You can provide your own lock. We also have locks available for purchase.

What If I need access to my storage unit outside of normal business hours?

You may contact our emergency number but we cannot guarantee access outside of normal gate hours.
